Sessions are scheduled by time and can include a combination of massage styles in order to address your personal fitness goals and needs.
Sixty minutes is a good amount of time to focus on one painful area, or give a very relaxing and non-focused full-body session. If you have any area of pain that you would liked worked out, I will spend this time focused on all the contributing areas to provide the longest-lasting relief.
If you have two areas of pain and want focused bodywork on both, 90-minutes is the way to go. This is also a great session length to be able to focus deeply on one area, and relax the rest of the body, too.

Since each session is customized, I do not have different sessions for “Swedish” vs. “Sports” massage styles. After completing the Initial Visit, I will assess if Deep Tissue Cupping may be an option. Unless otherwise requested, Young Living essential therapeutic grade oils will be incorporated into a session to help enhance your massage experience.
